  • Throughout this website, Mandarin Arts/Mandarin Arts Ltd/we/us refers to Mandarin Arts Ltd, company number 3370971, whose registered office is at Unit 4 Granada Park, Llangattock, Crickhowell. NP8 1HW

  • Mandarin Arts Ltd. retains absolute title to ALL goods supplied to customers until payment is received in full. Goods shall be at the buyers risk from the time of delivery to the buyers premises or to other premises specified for delivery.

  • All prices shown are trade prices for wholesale only. Prices shown exclude VAT and are subject to change without notice.

  • We endeavour to describe our products clearly and correctly and use stock pictures to show that product. A large proportion of our product range is handcrafted and is therefore subject to changes in colour and finish without affecting overall quality. This is an inherent quality of our range and should be viewed as such. Sometimes the stock pictures used will not show all aspects of a product's colour, size, shape or assorted designs.

  • We try to ensure that our online stock database is kept up to date at all times. However, we can accept no responsibility for errors. If we are unable to supply an item on your order, you will not be charged for that item.

  • In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Mandarin Arts Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

  • Mandarin Arts Ltd will send an email to acknowledge receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon dispatch of the goods to you, at which point the purchase contract is made. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason whatsoever. If we do so, we will contact you and will refund in full any payments which have been made in relation to the declined order.

  • Our preferred method of payment is card or BACS or CHAPS bank payment prior to delivery. We accept debit and credit cards although please note there is a 2% charge for credit card transactions. We can also accept cheque payments for proforma invoices and deliveries will be made when cleared funds arrive in our account.

  • Where credit account payment terms have been agreed payment of such invoices shall be made within 30 days of the date of invoice. Interest on overdue accounts will be charged at Bank Rate plus 5% from the day the account becomes overdue. Mandarin Arts Ltd reserve the right to withdraw credit terms at any time.

  • Any damages or shortages must be reported to directly to Mandarin Arts Ltd within 3 working days from the date of delivery. No claims will be entered into thereafter. Claims or disputes will not entitle any customer to adjust payment on any invoice. Any goods that are subject to a claim must be kept until collection or disposal has been authorized and arranged. All returned products must be in their original product packaging.

  • Mandarin Arts Ltd do not offer goods on a 'sale or return' basis.

  • If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible. If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the total order price.

  • Mandarin Arts Ltd shall not be liable to the buyer for defects in the goods caused by any act, neglect or fault of the buyer or of any third party.

  • Mandarin Arts Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from, or in connection with the supply of defective goods, delay in delivery, non delivery, loss of goods or damage to goods whilst in transit.

  • All transactions are undertaken and conducted under the jurisdiction of English Law and any disputes in connection therewith shall be tried in the Courts of England and Wales.

  • By placing an order with Mandarin Arts Ltd, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and are deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions of sale above.
